    <description>&lt;P&gt;Having logged off, if I try logging in to BT Sport, it says I don’t have a subscription. &amp;nbsp;Fair enough. &amp;nbsp;However, the BT website says I still have a subscription to BT Sport from PlusNet.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I’ll check the BT account tomorrow in case some overnight process needs to run to delete it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>BT Sport from PlusNet not ceased properly</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;BT Sport from PlusNet ceased on 5th July.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I can no longer watch BT Sport on Apple TV or on a new device using my BT ID. &amp;nbsp;However, I can still watch it on my iPad app.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have tried ordering a monthly pass from BT but it won’t let me do that as it says I still have BT Sport from PlusNet.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It looks like when the service ceased on the 5th, it didn’t properly remove it from my BT account. &amp;nbsp;I called BT and they have told me this is a problem for PlusNet to resolve.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can someone from PlusNet please look at this for me?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just checked my account detail and BT sport has gone. It was ceased on the 5th July and my billing date was 6th.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The account only shows the broadband and phone components as active.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I raised this problem with PlusNet who contacted BT. &amp;nbsp;BT have deleted my BT account ID.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hopefully, I should be able to create a new BT account when I order a BT Sport monthly subscription.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this problem has happened to me then I assume it will have happened to others. &amp;nbsp;If so, then contact PlusNet support and ask them to contact BT to get your account ID deleted.&lt;/P&gt;
