Wrong bill!

Why I'm over charges for £42.98! I'm supposedly to pay £31.09 every month! I'm getting so tired and fed up of this plusnet every since last December 2022!! Never got me settled down! Do something fast about contract is £31.09!!

I'm perfouldly deaf and I had lots of complaints about your teams not doing correctly and miss communication to sign live video!

Staff replies could easily take a couple of days on these Community forums. Hopefully you can get a quicker reply, but it definitely wouldn't be within the hour and a half that you've given them above,

Have you looked at the breakdown of your bill? Is the extra costs from discounts not being there that have previously, or are there other charges showing?
