    <description>&lt;P&gt;My fourth attempt to try to cancel by phone.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;20 minutes on hold twice, then had to disconnect as was going into a meeting.&lt;BR /&gt;25 minutes finally answered then they hung up on me when I said I wanted to cancel.&lt;BR /&gt;on hold again for another 12 minutes so far and still not answered.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is the only way to cancel really via snail mail?&lt;BR /&gt;This is an ISP there is no way to cancel online?&lt;BR /&gt;I guess plusnet is just like any other ISPs, claiming customer service is a high priority, but it is just an empty marketing ploy&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Which number did you ring? 0800 013 2632, the Customer Options Team, is normally answered quickly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;after 6 hours a total of 1.5 hours on hold, I finally managed to cancel it.&lt;BR /&gt;Not the best customer service, even for an ISP.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
