      <description>I've just recently upgraded to fibre 74 with no phone as my old service was coming to an end.&lt;BR /&gt;Got my bill and its staing I'm out of contract with phone but I've got fibre 74. &lt;BR /&gt;So I'm being charged for a landline that I don't have. When I try checking in .y Account it comes up with an error. Can anyone advise how I can get this sorted.</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would expect one billing cycle before you would get the correct bill, and with an adjustment for any overpayment.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Upgraded on the 6th June. Contract ended 15th June. Bill states landline rental from 15th Jube to 14th July.</description>
