Please close my account as I have moved to a different FTTP provider. My FTTP was installed yesterday, 12/06/2023, the day my 18 month contract with Plusnet was coming to an end. Now, Plusnet have issued me with a bill for the full amount which is frustrating. However after going through some posts , it seems FTTP is treated differently from the FTTC when switching providers.

Okay, thanks for your reply. I have called and advised that BT should have advised them of the switch regardless (which BT claims to have done). However, I now have to wait for 14 days notice to pass, therefore, I will still be charged regardless. This is all confusing, not sure why it isn't straight forward. Anyway, thanks for your reply.
