&lt;P&gt;I've manually completed the renewal and credited your account to cover the overcharging.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Can someone from Plusnet help please?&lt;BR /&gt;I signed up to a new offer/renewal deal on 10th April 2023 at a price of 25.99 per month. My online account is still showing a message that I still have a product change in progress. And my latest bill for June has just been billed as £43.19 so I'm not sure what's going on.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I recieved an email to say my new plan was commencing on 11th April so I don't understand why it's still showing as change in progress. Or why the bill is 43.19?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please can someone look into this and get back to me please?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Chris</description>
