Domain Transfer

Hi,
I am looking to transfer my domain to IONOS. I have been very happy with Plusnet business broadband however it is ending September 23 and so need to retain my my email address and domain.

I have their IPS Tag. Can I confirm the process for plusnet and how I get this started / initiated.

Hi Will,

Thanks for your response and getting back to me. For now I wanted to understand how to progress this so thanks for confirming this and that I can use this channel to raise a support request.

I am not quite ready to do it yet. However it will be in the next couple of weeks once I have my IONOS account setup. I will contact you when I am ready to proceed with this if that is OK.
