Fibre extra bill includes line rental

My bill was incorrect for a few months. A correction was made to take account of this a couple of months ago but I noticed that my contract has been has been renewed from this date and am now paying Line Rental as well as my fibre extra charges. How do I get my original contract reinstated so that line rental is included in my Fibre Extra package please.
