Reward card query

Hi there

Not sure if anyone can help on here, but when I moved back to Plusnet last year, part of the offer was a £75 reward card - I don't appear to have ever received this. I remember claiming it in November but have not received a card. Can anyone help? Many thanks

Hi @jdmac I've sent off a query to our billing team to chase that up for you. I should get a response within the next few days so I'll be back in touch when that comes through. - Adam

Hi @jdmac I've had a response today saying we'll get another card sent out for you. Please allow 14 days for that to arrive.
