I'm about to start my own business and will need to have a business broadband service at home, which Plusnet does not supply. As I don't need two broadband lines into the house, I will need to terminate my Plusnet broadband home connection, once the business line has been installed and is up and running. However, my wife and I also use plusnet for email and have done so for many years and would like to keep that email address. Is this something we can do? Currently, we are looking to move to BT.

@smiro03 If you terminate your Plusnet account, all associated services, including email, are lost.

I forgot to mention that I do have Plusnet Mobile phone account as well as a broadband account which I am keeping. Is the mail account terminated even if I have a mobil phon account?

I'm afraid it is. Mobile is completely separate from broadband
