      <description>&lt;P&gt;My account is stuck with the following message but I don't have any outstanding orders and my last account change was March last year:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H2&gt;An error has occurred&lt;/H2&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
