      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am getting this message when I go into the offers and upgrade tab in my account? Any ideas, my contract is up and I am being charged an extortionate monthly price, almost £30 more than when I was in contract, but now can't get into chose a renewal contract? Customer service is dismal.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;We were unable start your order, this appears to be caused by the products in RBM not matching the active products on the account please confirm this and raise accordingly if this is the case.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
