Incorrect contract price

Renewed my contract and have email confirmation confirming £26.99/month.

On checking online account shows £30.33/month and have today been billed £30.77

Called last week and was told that this would be corrected.

Disappointed that it hasn’t.

Can this be investigated and corrected please

Mines the same, previous price £24.99 new contract price £26.99, £28.59 taken on the 12th and account showing £30.33 for next payment.
