I never heard anymore about the reward card.<BR />It said on the FAQs:</P> <UL> <LI>You'll get an email sent to the email address you gave when you signed up.</LI> <LI>You'll normally receive this email within 28 working days of you re-contracting your Broadband.</LI> </UL> <P>It’s been much longer than that and still not heard anything, no email.</P> <P>I then phoned customer service and got a response saying:</P> <PRE>Thankyou for your call today, as discussed you havent yet recived your rewards card, I have now escalted this for you and should receive a response within a few days and I will be in touch.</PRE> <P>This was on the 5th April, and haven’t heard anything more.</P> <P>Please could someone help me with this.
