Renewed contact yet still being charged our of contract rates

I have renewed my contract and received the new stipulating the amount, however I am being charged double what I should be (out of contact rates).

Thank you, I have received an email titled "confirmation of your new contract" which I received already and still was charged. How will this solve the problem? Also will I be reimbursed for being overcharged?
