Discounts not applied after Price Increase

Hi, it seems that no discounts have been applied since the price Increase, the Email I got back in February stated there would be an increase of £4.92 making my new monthly bill £37.81 yet in my Members centre my new monthly bill is showing as £42.31 an increase of £9.92, can someone from Staff look into this please, thanks.

I've had a look at this for you and I'm really sorry for the confusion. From what I can see we haven't yet increased your monthly discount following the price increase but that should happen before your next bill is produced, so you should still be charged correctly. For now I'd ignore the figure shown in the portal.

@Gandalf thanks for the reply and looking into this, Ok I will ignore the Member portal figure, my next bill is issued on the 20th so will see if the discount is applied then.

@Terranova667 - Just checked your latest bill and looks good to me. The discount has been automatically increased by 14.4% in line with the price increase.
