Hi,

We've recently changed our property name and wanted to update the address that PlusNet have on record. Currently when searching our postcode, the old and new name pops up under the same postcode. I have tried to change it via the control panel, but with no success. I personally struggle with anxiety in regards to calling up customer support and was wondering if there is anyway this can be updated by a moderator?

@willpappy The mods can't update it, but one of the Plusnet Help Team will take action when they get to this topic.

Hi @willpappy, thanks for reaching out over forums Before I go any further, I'm guessing you've got this address registered within Royal Mail? Bit of a silly question but it's always worth double checking.

Hi @csmith94 Not a silly question at all, yes, it was updated with Royal Mail a while ago. When searching our postcode it currently shows both the old & the new house name. I tied this back to the fact that it's still set to the old one on our PlusNet account.

Nice one, all you need to do then is comment on this ticket with the updated address and I'll take care of the rest for you
