    <description>&lt;P&gt;So I joined Plusnet a month ago and just got notification of my first bill and being more money than it should.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can see my previous problem joining Plusnet and all the hassle &lt;A href="https://community.plus.net/t5/My-Order/Order-delayed-No-information-from-Plusnet/td-p/1909163" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;in this thread&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;TLDR - Couldn't get Unlimited Fibre Broadband so was downgraded to &lt;STRONG&gt;Unlimited Broadband&lt;/STRONG&gt; which is £5 cheaper (£18.99) and supposed to get discount applied to next bill.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Several issues with this bill&lt;BR /&gt;1. It says Unlimited Fibre Broadband £28.20&lt;BR /&gt;2. No £5 discount applied&lt;BR /&gt;3. No good will gesture for the 4.5 days without internet&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the bill was correct it would be&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Unlimited Broadband&lt;/STRONG&gt; £21.72 (due to 14.4% increase) - £5 over pay of first month = &lt;STRONG&gt;£16.72 ish&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can someone please fix this mistake.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
