    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I moved to bt full fibre 900 on Friday 25th March, was previously on Plusnet fttc and had about 6 weeks left on my contract.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;How do I check if the cease/transfer has been sent from bt to Plusnet. I did inform bt of my existing service and they said they would contact Plusnet.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Did you ask to transfer your phone to BT digital voice?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No the phone line is ceasing. I’ll ring Plusnet to get confirmation, as it’s effectively a new provision of service I guess rather than a migration.&lt;/P&gt;
