    <description>&lt;P&gt;I joined Plusnet last September and didn’t receive the reward card that was part of the signing up. Plusnet offered a £70 adjustment to my account which didn’t materialise. They have subsequently twice promised cheques in the post which haven’t appeared. This morning I spoke to them again and a further cheque has been sent. Customer service has always been so good, is this changing? It was the main reason I joined Plusnet.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
