&lt;P&gt;If FTTC on the existing line, then that migration &lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;will&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;/U&gt;cause your Plusnet service to be terminated and you should receive your final bill / any refund due in 21 days.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If FTTP, then that depends on how Sky processed your order, specifically the choice about retaining (or not) your existing phone number.&amp;nbsp; If there is any doubt, now that the move is complete, you should speak with COTS.&lt;/P&gt;
