Ofcom allowed this hefty increase and no ISP is going to pass up such a golden opportunity. I'm sure Ofcom and other quangos in the public sector won't be awarding their staff a pay rise of CPI+3.9% ... oh, wait a minute ...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I took out a contract over the phone last May.&amp;nbsp; I was unclear whether the price increase would affect the 'Unlimited Fibre Extra' deal that I wanted. I asked the question 'will the price remain the same for the length of my contact and was told yes it will.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However, I recently received an email from you stating that the price will be increasing by the CPI + 3.9%.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Not correct. You would have been sent a copy of the contract. If you read it it will tell you that there will be a yearly increase and given you two weeks to cancel if not happy to accept it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
