Hi Support,

I've just had Virgin Media installed and still have 4 months remaining on my Plusnet contract - can you advise on how best to handle leaving Plusnet, please?

As you'll see under the "Requesting cease of service" section you can also call them to cancel. The Customer Options Team are usually pretty quick to get through to.

@mcbest The direct phone number for the COT is given in the second para of the pdf viz 0800 013 2632.

As @pjmarsh says it is usually answered quite quickly.
