      <title>Still getting billing emails after cancellation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've left plusnet, and have paid my final bill. I have cancelled my direct debit but I am still getting pre-payment emails every month saying that I am due to pay.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I phoned the closure team and paid the penalties (cancelled DD) for late payment.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;That was a nightmare - I was shuffled round to four different people / teams. finally thought is was finished.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Now happily living is s&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;france!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
