&lt;P&gt;From what I can see there are a few call features which are stuck in an awaiting activation state so I've pushed these along for you and they should be active within the next 2 hours. Once they're active, that error should go away and you should be able to make a change to your account normally. Let me know if there are any issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My contract is coming to an end soon and when I log into the member centre I see this message&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;DIV class="u-alert__text"&gt;You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress.&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV class="u-alert__text"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV class="u-alert__text"&gt;I don't recall making any changes recently and it's been a long time since I've logged into the member centre, not sure what phone order could be in progress.&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV class="u-alert__text"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV class="u-alert__text"&gt;Could someone from the PN team please help?&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Another one! &lt;a href="https://community.plus.net/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/73374"&gt;@GrKPN3&lt;/a&gt; - the system should have cleared this when your last change completed, but fails miserably. Try giving them a ring and asking them to manually update the system. Or you could wait until one of the Help Team spot this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
