I set up my mother in law on plusnet today but forgot to put in my username for the referal. How do I get it updated?

i also cannot type in my referal. Just my friend invited me to join the plusnet. but i havent typed her account name during the application. At the application stage, they said i can type it at anytime or after the contract and account have made, but are all are done, there is no link and no solution had mentioned where i can do this. There is lack of support or no clear steps what i can do it for. it seems that it is not user friendly application.
