      <description>Entered my username and password and it says incorrect details. I set these up when I opened the account. I haven't tried to login for months.</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you considered using the 'Forgotten your password' link found on the login screen?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I believe it will send an email to the registered email address for your account&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sometimes auto complete can add a space to the end of a word.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>I did not use the link in my email to go to Plusnet. Instead I started with a fresh login and when it said reset password this time it worked. So I got in and accessed my billing. But it still says an error as it always has done. There is nothing processing but says there is. I can't see how to attach the screen grab here.</description>
