      <description>&lt;P&gt;Account page says the change to unlimited call plan is stuck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This means incurring higher costs for calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve contacted plusnet using the additional help form. No response!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any known way to fix it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H2&gt;——&lt;/H2&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;You can't change your products for the moment, you already have a product change in progress.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Checking over your account, you recently put through a change to swap your call plan. They only activated on your next billing date and not straight away, whilst this change is pending you won't be able to make any further changes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For now I'd advise to try and stay within your current call plan to avoid extra charges until the swap has gone through.&lt;/P&gt;
