Hi,

Does anyone know where we can find out how much an early termination fee would be?

We've purchased a new property and don't want to take PlusNet with us.

All their documentation seems a bit vague!

@danielmace2 In that case, for a VERY rough guide to the ETC's, multiply your current monthly charge by 6.

I agree, the documentation is a little hard to follow, but you need to read it for full understanding of the outcome.

You could try ringing 0800 432 0200 and selecting the best option from the suggestions, but I can't tell you what that may be - I'm no longer a PN customer, and haven't called them for over two years.

We don't want to lose you but we are unable to cancel or advise of early termination charges over social media, but if you give our guys a call on 0800 013 2632 they will be able to cancel it. Their opening hours are:

Monday - Friday 8am-8pm
Saturday 9am - 7pm
Sunday 9am - 6pm

If you have issues with getting through to them, send us a reply and we will organise a call back.
