      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m looking to upgrade to a new and faster deal, but my bill is due in 8 days (23rd) by direct debit. If I order today(15th) &amp;nbsp;- when will I start to pay for the upgrade? I’m just worried about paying two lumps of money within a couple of weeks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I asked on the chat but I didn’t quite get what the adviser meant!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for any help anyone can give.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;All depends on the upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Some happen on the billing date, others happen when they happen (for example upgrade to FTTP).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Generally bills will be prorate in the billing period - leading to a (sometimes) complex set of adjustment charges.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
