&lt;P&gt;COTs is the place to go to if you want to find out anything to do with your contract in respect of leaving, renewing or simply enquiring about early termination charges (ETCs). They have their own number and tend to answer quicker than the general customer service number.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>I have just discovered I am eligible for a social tariff as I claim PIP. I didn't realise this when I signed up for another 18 month contract.&lt;BR /&gt;Unless Plusnet do a social tariff, I may have to change suppliers. What would the exit fee be for leaving Plusnet ?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;PIP is a non-means tested benefit and doesn't necessarily qualify for a social tariff on it's own, it certainly doesn't qualify for BT Home Essentials.&lt;/P&gt;
