      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need to renew/change my contract but I can't because I get the message "&lt;SPAN&gt;You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress." I tried the chatbot help but that was no good. Can you advise what needs to happen so that I can make changes to my account? I haven't ordered anything so the message is a bit worrying.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
