Can someone please cancel my BT Sport subscription as of today? Ive spent hours trying to find a way to unsubscribe but this seems to be the only way.

You cannot make contractual changes by simply posting on this public forum. If you wait for a Plusnet staffer to come along they will put a ticket on your account to which you then have to respond.

Yes, it seems thats how people were asking for it to be cancelled as there appears to be no way to do it online.

Did I do something wrong?

It appears lots of people have requested here before.

No, you have done nothing wrong. You just have to wait for a staffer to come along. They are a bit stretched at the moment.

I managed to get through on 0800 432 0200 and cancelled it directly, so no need now thank you
