Hi,

I would like to cancel the BT Sport App subscription but there is no "Cancel" button in "Add-on" page. How I could do it instead of calling the hotline?

@leunglung Welcome to the Community forum.

The alternate is to wait for a Plusnet staffer to come along. They will put a ticket on your account to which you can respond, cancelling the subscription. You just need to be patient as they are stretched at the moment.
