Accessing PlusNet Tickets

Following a PhoneCall, to PlusNet this morning, I was sent a Link (http://portal.plus.net/wizaed) to be able to view their response!

However, on opening that Link, there are NO Tickets, nor are there any Links to access Tickets!

What am I missing?

ps:- yesterday they sent myself actual details of a Ticket, but I can't find that either!

I'm pretty sure that this used to work but having just tried it I see that on my account it just takes me to the home page. I can see open tickets by selecting the bell icon.
