      <description>When I go on my account online it’s says an error has occurred&lt;BR /&gt;You can’t make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress, my contract runs out in November and I can’t renew</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you want to renew your contract before this is corrected then ring the Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632. If you have received an offer which you wish to accept then tell them. This number is normally answered quite quickly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
