      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi back in August I cancelled my mobile contract. In September payment was still taken and on the bill it appears as my account is in credit. Recently I received a notification saying my account has been closed by Plusnet, so I don't think I'm going to receive the credit I'm due. How can I go about receiving the balance I'm due? Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
