    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey all / Plusnet staff,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A week ago, when I logged into my Plusnet BB account, I noted under "Deals and Upgrades", there was an option to upgrade my in-contract line to Full Fibre, however this week those options have vanished, and I'm just left with an option to renew my Fibre/Copper contract. We've had Full Fibre available here for some time from BT and two other providers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, question is, when will the 'offers' or option to upgrade to full fibre return? I would have kicked it off today / this week if the options were available. Anyone got any knowledge on this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You could phone the PlusNet Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 to see what's available.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Note you lose your phone line &amp;amp; number when going to full fibre.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If it is, ring the Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 and ask what they will offer, quote the previous offer price if you can remember it. This phone number is normally answered quite quickly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
