      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Guys.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've been with Plusnet since June this year, I did phone my old provider and cancel the contract and my debit debit with them, but they have no records of me doing so.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;and it seems that they've been billing me each month since June, and now demanding payment for a service I haven't used, it says in the letter I received from Plusnet when I first joined " We will take care of everything including contacting your old provider".&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;How do I go about obtaining this proof from Plusnet so I can get the old provider off my back?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
