My account Home Page has gone mad

Hallo. I got a text reminder that my contract is ending soon, so I logged in to renew or look at other options and the weirdest thing keeps happening.

The Home page loads for a fraction of a second, there's all my stuff, and then all of the middle part disappears. I've cleared the cache, I've tried Firefox, Chrome, my pc, my tablet, my android phone. As soon as I'm logged in, the middle bit vanishes, leaving the header and footer type bits.

I talked on chat and the person said I should phone for technical help and also to be offered a new deal - but I'm useless on the phone and I find it less difficult to explain it in writing (plus I don't want to make my choices without being to read the details and think it through).

Don't we have that 'raise a ticket' thing any more? Anyway - help please!

Aha! Thanks for this, Bob. It's interesting that others are having similar problems. The print screen posted there by Strat is exactly what I'm getting too, although I'm still using Windows 7.

Hopefully your new ticket for investigation will do the trick, so I'll wait and see.
