    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks Baldrick.&amp;nbsp; I didn't harass Plusnet as I know they do their best, but then the thread was closed after 'inactivity'.&amp;nbsp; They&amp;nbsp; have never formally advised me that the service has been fixed.&amp;nbsp; No automatic&amp;nbsp; compensation has been indicated despite a total loss of service for a week followed by intermittent connections until it seemed to be back to normal.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Perhaps there's a backlog....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
