Refunds due to no service

I'm due to receive refunds for Loss of service. I've had 2 emails detailing the amounts that I am due, but I can't see the credits anywhere on my account. Where can I see the total credit balance?

I don't know how Plusnet do it, but when I was with BT, refunds didn't show on the account online but were included in the next monthly bill.
