      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been getting error message saying I can't change anything as I have a change in progress. I don't so how do I get it removed. Tried customer services, technical help and email but no joy so far. Feeling dejected.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for trying to fix this but there is still an error message on my account both broadband and phone. There is no indication on my phone account page that I have been changed from line only to unlimited calls. I did receive a message by email that my plan had changed, but as I said, it is not showing in my account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
