Bill discount halved.

Hi there,
I've received my lastest bill (still 4 months left on my contract) and it's jumped from £31.99 to £39.25.
I've looked at the bill breakdown and the broadband discount has halved. Any ideas why that would happen?

Hi there!

I'm really sorry to see what's happened. I've refunded the overcharge to your bank account which you should get within 5 to 10 working days. The discounts are still applied moving forward, so hopefully this doesn't happen again.

Let me know though if you do have further issues or there's anything else you'd need help with.

I've had my latest bill and now the discount has disappeared completely!

Really sorry to see it's happened again.

I've prodded the system by reapplying the discounts and I've refunded the overcharge again.

You should receive the refund before or shortly after we take your latest payment.
