&lt;P&gt;Your monthly billing period starts from the day that the service was activated, that is, 21st September. If you had an email confirming (note &lt;STRONG&gt;confirming&lt;/STRONG&gt;, not an estimated date)&amp;nbsp; that the service would be activated on the 10th September then you may get automatic compensation for the delay.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
