    <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I lost my broadband connection yesterday PM due to a MSO, and after raising the issue with PN was given an estimated BOL time that did not happen.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Unfortunately this caused disruption with my WFH activities, and had to attend head office at personal time/expense to remain working.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As a gesture of goodwill, are PN willing to offer compensation for this outage?</description>
