Renewing contract error

I'm trying to renew my account but I'm getting this issue.

"An error has occurred
You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later."

any chance someone could help me out?

Whist waiting to get this fixed you can renew your contract by ringing the Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632. If you have received an offer that you want to accept then tell them. This number is normally answered quite quickly.

I have the same issue. I was 1 hour on the chat but to no avail. I have been paying extra for 3 months due to this. Can a yone help?
