    <description>I was supposed to transfer to Plusnet today. The new router arrived a few days ago and I was told I would receive a text or email to tell me when to connect it up. Now 6pm and nothing. At least I still have internet!</description>

&lt;P&gt;Transfers are done by Openreach. They being on strike on Tuesday and Wednesday this week has probably delayed the transfer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The router for the old provider finally stopped working yesterday, 7 days after transfer was supposed to happen. I have now installed the new router and I'm connected again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
