&lt;P&gt;When trying to reset the password, can you instead try using &amp;nbsp;the username you chose on sign up (any emails from us about your account will have your username on it)? You can reset the password here: &lt;A href="https://www.plus.net/member-centre/forgot-password/" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.plus.net/member-centre/forgot-password/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;Hello can anyone help me to figure out the problem? I cannot log in even though I have created an account and paid 35.99 pounds for unlimited fibre and activation fee. I clicked "reset my password", but it showed it cannot find any account associated with my email.&amp;nbsp;I don't know why.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
