      <description>Wont give me an offer with issue there. Over the phone they can do nothing until the issue is resolved. In the meantime I'm being charged extortionate monthly bills.&lt;BR /&gt;It's really getting me down - its an issue that just shouldn't be an issue. If its not fixed soon then I will be moving.</description>
